For companies whose work happens on site

Work adds up
to a system.

From the first request to payment and the next visit.
Clients, crew and money in one MAVORS flow.

01 / The operating core is already built

Everything for the work.
All of it connected.

One client card ties the request, the visit, the documents and the payment together. The next person picks the job up exactly where a colleague left it.

Built into the platform

You know the client.
Before the first visit.

Contacts, sites, the history of enquiries and where each request came from. The pipeline shows who is still waiting for an answer.

Context

The client never repeats themselves.

A client's history and their sites are available to the crew within the rights each person is given.

Execution

The result stays with the job.

Checklist, photographs and a signature are collected into a report on the visit.

Continuation

The next visit is already planned.

CARE ties maintenance, visit plans and the choice of a suitable time together.

02 / Analytics is already in the platform

See the work.
Understand the result.

Where requests come from, how many of them become jobs and what has been paid. Look at the whole path, or at one channel, service or technician.

03 / What is ready, and what is not

Three stages
of readiness.

We keep apart what already runs, what is on pilot under observation, and what is still being built. Nothing in the third group is sold as finished.

Available · running in production

What you can
switch on now.

Everything listed here is in the platform. What gets switched on, and how it is set up, is worked through during onboarding.

  • Maps and navigation: the day’s route, handed over to Google, Apple or Waze
  • Live tracking: the client sees the call-out, with the technician’s consent for each visit
  • Push notifications for staff and for clients, with no third-party service
  • A help centre, and an assistant for «where do I find it, how do I do it» on every screen
  • Deletion with restore, and erasure of personal data under the GDPR
  • One invoice, with lines drawn from jobs, estimates and one-off sales
  • Sending an estimate by link — alongside the email or instead of it
  • A public estimate page: the client opens it and accepts without signing in
  • AI analyst: a reading of results and of where money is lost
  • ROI coach: a plan of action, and tracking what was actually done
Pilot · one company

AI reception.
Text and WhatsApp.

The assistant takes an enquiry in the site chat and on WhatsApp: it asks for what is missing, finds the client in the records, and hands the conversation to a person.

  • Taking the request and asking what is missing
  • Context of services, prices and free time
  • Handing a difficult question to a person

Pilot means the channel is live at one company and under observation. Until that pilot is finished we do not offer it as a completed service.

In development

Voice, scale
and payment.

The next lines of work. We publish no dates until the providers are chosen and the integrations have been tested on live traffic.

  • Voice reception: the same assistant taking the call
  • Several companies on one platform
  • Subscriptions and module payments through Stripe

None of this works today. It is a plan of work, not a promise of a date. Our own SIP stack is deferred.

Your brand

The platform carries your company's settings, the client portal and email in your own branding.

A role for everyone

Owner, dispatcher, technician and accountant each see the work that is theirs.

Access under control

Multi-factor sign-in for management roles and an append-only log of actions.

Three languages

English, Spanish and Russian in the product, with a built-in help centre.

Before the first
connection.

Which companies is MAVORS for?

Service teams that travel to their clients: maintenance, installation, repair. The first industry scenario is climate systems, with Brizemar. Other processes we go through on a demo.

Can everything be switched on at once?

What gets switched on depends on the team's processes, its data and the settings of each integration. The operating core is built. AI modules and external channels have their own conditions for going live.

Do we have to wait for the AI reception before starting?

No. CRM, scheduling, the technician's day, estimates, payments, CARE and analytics are a complete operating system on their own. Text and WhatsApp reception is on pilot at one company; the voice channel is still being built.

How much does it cost?

The price and the scope of a pilot are agreed after we get to know the team and its processes. We do not publish rates we have not confirmed.
