Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Atiempo.Me SL (“MAVORS”, “we”) processes personal data in connection with this website and with accounts on the MAVORS platform. It does not describe how business data that our customers (“tenants”) store inside the platform is processed — that is addressed separately below and in our Data Processing Agreement.
1. Who is responsible for your data
For the purposes described in this policy, the data controller is Atiempo.Me SL, Calle Timón 58, Centro Comercial Torrequebrada, Oficina 17, 29631 Benalmádena (Málaga), CIF B56542111. You can contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related request.
2. Who this policy applies to
People browsing this public website, and people who hold an account on the MAVORS platform (tenant staff, tenant administrators) with respect to their own account data (name, work email, role, login activity). It does not apply to the clients, contacts, jobs, invoices or other business records that a tenant company enters into the platform to run its own business — see Section 3.
3. Important: tenant data inside the platform
When a service company (“tenant”) uses MAVORS to run its business, it enters data about its own clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and staff into the platform. For that data, the tenant is the data controller and Atiempo.Me SL acts only as a data processor, strictly on the tenant's documented instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement (see Data Processing Agreement). If you are the client of a company that uses MAVORS, your data protection rights should be exercised directly with that company; Atiempo.Me SL will support the relevant tenant in responding to your request as required by the DPA.
4. Data we collect

6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as the corresponding subscription is active, and for the period required afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
8. International transfers
We do not currently transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform and our processing activities evolve. This version is a draft subject to legal review.
